• Reports on a weekly basis will be done by our team leaders in the event of you entering into a service level agreement with our company.

• We have an implemented reward system for effective feedback on various scenarios including effective maintenance alerts.

• All staff will be well dressed and presentable when they visit your site.

• Care is taken to work unobtrusively, creating as little distraction as possible, as well as working as speedily as possible, obtaining good quality results.

• All contracts and activities are highly confidential and not discussed with staff or team leaders.
